fix: 修复 root 管理员登录 401

root 管理员的自增主键 id 恰好是 0，AuthService::modelTokenIsValid()
把「无 typ 且 id=0」一律判成旧模型 token 而作废，导致 sign-in 成功后
auth/current 返回 401、前端无法跳转。改为用 uid 是否命中 ai_models
来区分旧模型 token 与 root 人类 token，并加 UUID 防护避免查库报错。
