fix: getBookPara 取最近 level-1 书目而非首本书目

book-toc 目录定位所属丛书时用 orderBy asc 取到了 book=98 里第一本
Dhātukathā-aṭṭhakathā，导致 Paṭṭhānappakaraṇa-aṭṭhakathā 下的章节
（如 98-2083）被挂到错误书目。改为 desc，与 bookStart/getCurrChapter 一致。
