feat: 回填术语 editor_uid 的命令

terms:backfill-editor-uid：把 dhamma_terms 里为空的 editor_uid 按 editor_id
从 user_infos 补成 uuid。加 editor_uid 这一列之前写入的术语只有 sn，不补的话
新旧数据的署名读法不一致。

- 只碰 editor_uid IS NULL 的行，可重复跑；
- editor_id < 0 跳过，那是 AI 模型的哨兵值，模型本来就没有 sn；
- 一个 editor_id 一条 UPDATE，不逐行写；
- 走 DB::table 而不是 Eloquent，避免顺手刷掉 updated_at——那是术语的最后
  修改时间，不该被一次数据补写污染；
- --dry-run 打印完整计划，真跑前还有一次交互确认。

在开发库上实跑过：26321 条全部回填，editor_uid 与 editor_id 无一对不上，
updated_at 未变，重跑幂等。
